In the same month , Saike Intelligent will also launch 20 L3 level self-driving taxis for the operation of the special line from Lingang to Pudong Airport.

The report stated that this means that ordinary citizens will soon be able to make appointments through the online programs of various companies. The first batch of Robotaxi during the demonstration application phase will not charge operating fees, and passengers can ride for free.

At the previous World Artificial Intelligence Conference, the first batch of companies to obtain driverless intelligent connected car demonstration application licenses in Shanghai included Pony Yixing, Baidu Zhixing, Seco Intelligent, and Antu Intelligent, with a total of 20 driverless vehicles. Taxis have been approved for demonstration applications. The scope of application includes the interconnection of autonomous driving test roads in Jinqiao and Lingang New Area, passing through multiple subway stations, business districts and industrial parks.
